De Niemanders, a Dutch musical collective founded by songwriters Rocco Ostermann and Wout Kemkens, began in 2019 by collaborating with prisoners to create a critically acclaimed album and podcast series. In 2022, joined by producer Rick Wiegerinck, they extended their mission to refugees, recording their second album, 'De Niemanders II,' released in September 2024. This album, critically acclaimed by major Dutch press, features diverse genres and languages, reflecting the rich cultural backgrounds of the participants. The band has performed at major festivals like Zwarte Cross and is set for a club tour in late 2025.
